Refund Policy

Effective date: 8 July 2026

AFSR Publishing sells through established third-party platforms, and refunds are handled by the platform where you made your purchase.

Where you bought it matters

Amazon (Kindle & print) — refunds follow Amazon's digital content and print return policies, managed through your Amazon account.
Google Play Books — refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, requested through your Google Play account.
Gumroad — if a guide didn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase at afsrbooks@gmail.com with your receipt, and we'll issue a refund through Gumroad.
Payhip — same promise: contact us within 14 days with your receipt and we'll make it right through Payhip.
Etsy — handled per our Etsy shop policies and Etsy's digital item guidelines.

Our promise

We're a small independent publisher and your trust matters more than any single sale. If something went wrong with a purchase — wrong file, broken download, accidental double purchase — email us and we'll sort it out quickly and kindly.

Free guides

Website-exclusive free guides are, well, free — no refunds needed, but feedback is always welcome at afsrbooks@gmail.com.
